ARCATS
ARCATS has been developed from our industrial experience to allow companies to collate all risks, issues and actions (e.g. from accident investigations, technical reports, HAZOP studies, organisational reviews, meetings etc.) and commitments in a single system to allow them to be tracked to completion.
ARCATS allows accountabilities, target dates and issue category and business area to be assigned to each issue. Comprehensive management reports can be produced immediately through the reporting facility.

Experience
• Review of a company’s technical library to identify and review all outstanding actions from the past 10 years, resulting in the design of a bespoke action tracking tool and the introduction of a risk-based management system to allow all actions to be tracked to completion enabling more effective knowledge management of site-wide lessons learned for a major petrochemical site;
• Production of a suite of reports which extracted data from existing organisational systems to inform Management of outstanding and imminent actions.
