Problem
RailCorp became aware that they had a number of significant projects providing rolling stock and lineside infrastructure, for which there was a lack of understanding in the acceptance, authorities and approvals of the engineering activities.

ARC were asked to provide a fresh and independent analysis of the situation and use their extensive cross industry knowledge to identify the issues and where international best practice could be used to address the deficiency. ARC were keen not to hold back on the recommendations and made the conscious decision to push the limits to provide maximum value to the client.
