With 14,000 employees and nearly 3 billion passenger journeys per year they provide a significant input to servicing the Australian economy Problem RailCorp became aware that they had a number of significant projects providing rolling stock and lineside infrastructure, for which there was a lack of understanding in the acceptance, authorities and approvals of the engineering activities.
