    Recent risk management projects include:
     
      Strategic Risk Management to the Engineering Consortium, Tube Lines, in a £16 Billion PPP project to refit London Underground.  Specific tasks included: establishing a risk management framework including corporate governance and reporting to Senior Management; active management of risk to reduce Tube Lines’ risk profile; managed risk management function through the change from public to private sector and merged risk register and risk management methodologies.

      Risk and Issue Register for BP Grangemouth.  The aim of this project was to ensure that all extant issues were tracked in a bespoke database, managed and then closed out, ensuring compliance with risk management mandates.

     Project Risk Analysis for the Dutch Ministry of Transport’s national key project to upgrade Rotterdam Central Station into a fully integrated transport hub, whilst maintaining rail services.  ARC carried out a formal risk assessment of the project to identify the main risks of not achieving the project targets, which resulted in extensive changes to the project planning.
