Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Degree qualified at master's level in Engineering or Science.
  • Chartered status (or actively pursuing chartered status)
  • At least 1 years' experience in the application of formal safety engineering techniques in the analysis of complex oil & gas facilities and systems.

Desired Skills & Experience:

The following are highly desirable: 

  • The ability and enthusiasm to support cyber and human factors tasks as well as having specialist expertise in oil & gas safety.
  • The ability and enthusiasm to apply your safety engineering knowledge in other sectors such as transport or nuclear.
  • Experience of developing and delivering training in safety or risk related techniques
  • An interest in business development.

Personal: 

  • Friendly, self-starting, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel in support of assignments and to liaise with clients.
  • Confident written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability and initiative to work independently as well as part of a team.
